We have PLENTY of firewood and more is arriving soon.

To help comply with COVID-19 health and safety guidelines for you and us, we have these strategies in place:

  • Customers can pay online or over the phone
  • Our mobile EFTPOS is cleaned with antibacterial wipes after each use
  • We can usually deliver firewood to your property without getting out of the vehicle

Customers can be assured that we are doing everything possible to supply firewood and comply with guidelines during this very trying time for everyone.

This message is addressed to the community, including local businesses and the individual responsible for recently and consistently vandalizing business signs in the Lewiston and Angle Vale areas. If this topic doesn't interest you, feel free to continue scrolling.

I'm puzzled by your actions and what you hope to achieve by repeatedly removing our signs and others, over the past three days you have hit nearly every sign in a community we've proudly served for 15 years. Your attempts to damage our business reflect more on your character than on ours, suggesting you have a lot of time on your hands and perhaps a misguided sense of purpose.

If you are mature and responsible, I encourage you to reach out to me, Bill Jackson, at 0429116127. Let's have a conversation about any issues you may have with our family business. I'm genuinely curious to know who is so invested in carrying heavy-duty cutters to collect and damage our signs, as well as those of other local businesses.

It's important to remember that undermining others does not increase your chances of success. In fact, it only serves to harm the community and the spirit of cooperation that we all strive to maintain. Let's all work together to build a supportive environment where all businesses can thrive.

Hi Wood Guy customers, There was recently an unfortunate oversight at a manufacturers, that led to a significantly excessive additional number of pallets of our goods being produced and then exposed to the weather. 🌧☀️ Frustrating but these things can happen for a lot of reasons, We have been firm that we will not allow sun damaged , wet or potentially moldy products onto the market on shelves or in homes. 🤢 Their team has been good about accepting their responsibility and generously offered to inspect and repackage these bags, Team work makes the dream work. 🤩 .. Leaving us with a great and new opportunity to redesign our bags. Improving what we deliver retail and wholesale. Were looking to create 7KG, 10KG and more.
