Crazy. Next to me a block was up for sale weeds got to maybe 8 ft tall in some parts i contacted sales agent they rang owner nothing happened within 14 days so i msgd again saying "7 day to clear or im contacting council with my prior msgs" oh boy they had 2 ppl out within 24 hrs of that msg to get it cut lol. It was then cut 2 more times before it got sold and built on. My council give 14 days "warning" then another 7 as a "get it done NOW or we do it and bill you charge. If its up for sale the sales agent gets said bill and so does owner bc its sales agent job to keep it safe and owners job to pay to keep it safe from my reaserching.
