STARTS MARCH EVERY YEAR
We try very hard to supply quality products and our aim is to keep customers happy, this customer ordered and paid online and wasn’t home at the time of delivery. Firstly he contacted me and said he ordered Mallee stumps, I told him he clearly ordered cut Mallee and I don’t currently sell Mallee Stumps. He then said the wood was trashy, I explained that Cut Mallee does have loose bark and I had put an extra 40 kg on the load to compensate for any trash, he then said it wasn’t 4 tonne, and I had provided certified weighbridge tickets that clearly showed he had received 4040 kg. He expects me to return and load 4 tonnes of wood by hand and give a full refund, I just spent 3 hours doing 2 trips to his house for a $40 delivery fee. Unfortunately you can’t please all the people all the time😩
