Are you planning to burn piles of vegetation as part of your preparation for Fire Season?
The weather might seem mild, but in recent weeks we have already attended a few burns that got away from landowners.
Here's some tips so you don't need our help:
๐ฅ Check the weather before lighting up. If windy weather is expected consider postponing.
๐ฅ Clear the area around the burn. 4 metres is best
๐ฅ Have a means of extinguishment near by
๐ฅ Bigger is not better. If you have lots to burn consider 2 or 3 smaller piles
๐ฅ SUPERVISE YOUR BURN
